3. Booking and Reservations

To reserve a charter, you are required to:

4. Payment Terms

4.2 Payment Schedule

• Deposit: A 50% payment of the total charter fee is needed during reservation
• Remaining balance: To be paid 48 hours before the yacht's departure
• Other charges (if applicable): To be settled after the charter has concluded

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept a variety of payment forms, including major credit cards, bank wire transfers, and certified cheques. Payments are processed using safe, encrypted platforms.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

• Over 72 hours before departure: A full refund minus service charges
• Between 24-72 hours before departure: A 50% reimbursement
• Under 24 hours to departure: No repayment

5.2 Weather Cancellations

In cases where our captain considers weather conditions hazardous, we propose to:

• Reschedule your outing to the next convenient slot without any extra fee
• Issue a full refund if rescheduling is not an option

5.3 Mechanical Issues
