3. Booking and Reservations

To reserve a charter, you are required to:

4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing

4.2 Payment Schedule
- Deposit: A 50% payment of the total charter fee is needed during reservation
- Remaining balance: To be paid 48 hours before the yacht's departure
- Other charges (if applicable): To be settled after the charter has concluded

We accept a variety of payment forms, including major credit cards, bank wire transfers, and certified cheques. Payments are processed using safe, encrypted platforms.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Customer Cancellations
- Over 72 hours before departure: A full refund minus service charges
- Between 24-72 hours before departure: A 50% reimbursement
- Under 24 hours to departure: No repayment
5.2 Weather Cancellations
In cases where our captain considers weather conditions hazardous, we propose to:
- Reschedule your outing to the next convenient slot without any extra fee
- Issue a full refund if rescheduling is not an option
5.3 Mechanical Issues
If there are mechanical faults with the designated vessel, our aim is to supply an appropriate replacement. If this isn't feasible, we will process a full repayment.
6. Safety and Conduct
