What is included in a standard yacht charter?
Our charters come with skilled crew members, safety gear, fuel, and basic drinks. Each service type has specific offerings — sunset excursions provide premium non-alcoholic drinks and starters, while business charters feature meeting amenities and professional catering choices.
How far in advance should I book?
To ensure availability, we suggest securing your reservation 2–3 weeks in advance, or 4–6 weeks in advance for business gatherings and personal events, particularly throughout the busy season from May to September.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Your safety is our priority. Should our captain judge the weather to be unsafe, we will propose an alternate date for your charter or issue a full refund. We closely monitor weather forecasts and will get in touch with you if we have concerns 24 hours before your planned departure.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Guests are welcome to bring their own snacks and drinks. We can enhance your experience with our premium catering service customized to your taste preferences. Please remember for safety, glass containers are not allowed onboard.
Are your yachts accessible for guests with mobility limitations?
We make it a point to accommodate all of our guests. Although some of our fleet may be more accessible than others, please reach out to us with specific accessibility requirements during reservation and we will suggest the most appropriate yacht and make necessary preparations.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel 72 hours before departure, you are entitled to a full refund. Cancellations made 24–72 hours in advance are eligible for a 50% refund. Last-minute cancellations under 24 hours are nonrefundable unless caused by adverse weather or mechanical issues on our part.
